• City of Sioux Falls
• Minnehaha County
• Lincoln County
• The South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT)
• The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA)
• The Federal Transit Administration (FTA).

These entities are responsible for transportation planning that occurs within the metro area.
