Grant and Loan Programs are offered through the Governor’s Office of Economic Development and USDA Rural Development to assist in the construction and/or rehabilitation of community facilities.  The definition of community facilities may include hospitals, fire halls, community centers, maintenance facilities, medical clinics, and others.  Eligibility of certain types of facilities will vary depending on the program.  Contact SECOG staff to provide guidance on program eligibility for a community facility project.  For general program information, click on the appropriate links below.
