Ron Nelson serves as President of Commercial Property Consultants, a firm that specializes in helping businesses take advantage of accelerated depreciation opportunities.  Prior to joining Commercial Property Consultants, Ron spent 10 years as a Commercial Broker with Bender Commercial in Sioux Falls.  Ron has been active in commercial real estate development since 1985 and has been retained as a consultant, advisor, and outsourced real estate department by many national companies.

Ron has also been very active in the Sioux Falls community.  In addition to serving as President for SEDF, Ron also serves as President of the Ronald McDonald House.  He has been actively involved with the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce, United Way, 1st Baptist Church, City of Sioux Falls Zoning Board, Community Development Board, the University of Sioux Falls Alumni Association, Toastmasters, and Youth Soccer.  In his leisure time, Ron enjoys golfing, hunting, and playing basketball.
